GajiNow Terms and Conditions

Terms that are defined but not explained in this document will have the meanings set out in the GajiNow Terms of Service.

The following terms and conditions (“GajiNow Terms”) apply to the use of the GajiNow salary advance service (“GajiNow Service”) offered by THL Access Solution (Registration No.: 202503052738 / 003703083-K). By agreeing to these GajiNow Terms, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these GajiNow Terms. If you do not agree to these GajiNow Terms, do not access or use the GajiNow Service. You may stop using it at any time by not making a salary advance request.

These GajiNow Terms are in addition to other agreements that you may enter into with GajiNow, third-party partners, and its service providers, including but not limited to any payment authorization that you choose to execute in connection with a salary advance request, the GajiNow Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy. These GajiNow Terms supersede any other terms, conditions, or agreements governing the use of the GajiNow Service.

1. Obtaining a Salary Advance

GajiNow provides salary advances to you from time to time, at GajiNow’s discretion, based on expected recurring direct deposits (“Salary Advance”). The amount of each Salary Advance you are eligible to receive is based on the factors described in Section 3 below.

To obtain a Salary Advance, you must have an eligible bank account (“Eligible Account”) and an associated debit card (“Bank Card”) linked to your GajiNow account. At your option, the Salary Advance will be deposited into your Eligible Account or transferred to your Bank Card. You may obtain Salary Advances multiple times during your normal deposit period, up to your Salary Advance limit.

2. Eligibility

You may access the GajiNow Service through the GajiNow platform or application. To be eligible to use the GajiNow Service, you must:

• Be registered as a GajiNow user.
• Meet the eligibility requirements stated in the GajiNow Terms of Service, including residency requirements and age of majority.
• Pass our identity verification checks.
• Meet each eligibility criterion listed below:
  • You must be a GajiNow user in good standing. For existing users, this means all previous Salary Advances have been settled, including any related fees.
  • GajiNow must be able to detect an Eligible Direct Deposit into the Eligible Account.

“Eligible Direct Deposit” means recurring direct deposits such as your salary, compensation, or other income. It may take up to three (3) consecutive deposits from one employer into the Eligible Account before GajiNow detects it as a recurring deposit.

The following deposits are not eligible:

• Irregular cash deposits
• Transfers from other bank accounts
• Mobile wallet and peer-to-peer application transfers (for example, PayPal, etc.)
• Mobile deposits and ATM deposits
• Other deposits determined by GajiNow at its absolute discretion

3. Available Salary Advance Limit

Your Salary Advance limit will be displayed through the GajiNow dashboard on the GajiNow website or application. This limit is based on factors determined by GajiNow from time to time, including the amount and timing of your Eligible Salary Deposit, an assessment of your account transaction history, and other information you provide.

GajiNow reserves the right to adjust your Salary Advance limit and eligibility criteria at any time. The Salary Advance limit will not exceed 50% of the Eligible Salary Deposit that you are expected to receive during each normal deposit period.

4. Salary Advance Boosts

From time to time, GajiNow may offer other promotions that may increase your Salary Advance limit permanently or temporarily. These promotions may be subject to additional terms, including completing certain actions on the GajiNow website or application.

5. Salary Advance Disbursement Limits

In addition to the Salary Advance limit for each normal deposit period, users must take Salary Advances in certain disbursement amounts. These limits will be displayed when you initiate a Salary Advance.

6. Optional Tip

You may choose to provide an amount of money as appreciation for the GajiNow service (Tip). Giving a Tip is completely voluntary and will not affect your eligibility for future services.

7. Fast Disbursement

You may request fast disbursement for an additional fee (Fast Service Fee). Fast disbursement is usually processed within a few minutes but may take up to 48 hours.

The repayment date will be aligned with your regular salary deposit date.

10. Miscellaneous

• Breach of Terms: GajiNow reserves the right to suspend services for breach of terms or fraudulent activity.
• Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
• Changes to Terms: These GajiNow Terms are subject to change or cancellation from time to time, at GajiNow’s absolute discretion, and will take effect when posted on the GajiNow platform.
